I am a PhD candidate in International Relations at Seoul National University and a Researcher at the Center for Future Warfare Studies within the Institute of International Studies, Seoul National University. I also serve as Director of Planning and Chair of Network Theory Division at the Korean Association of World Politics of Information.
My research interests include the international politics of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, middle power diplomacy, alliance politics, and foreign and security strategies of the Five Eyes countries. My doctoral research examines the digital statecraft of middle powers within the Five Eyes, focusing on their comparative responses to the Huawei dilemma.
I graduated from Ashwood High School in Melbourne, Australia, and studied International Security Studies at the Australian National University. I subsequently completed a master’s degree in International Relations at Seoul National University.
Outside academia, I enjoy photography and gardening.
