I am a PhD candidate in International Relations and a researcher at the Center for Future Warfare Studies within the Institute of International Studies, Seoul National University. My major research interests are in middle power diplomacy, the Five Eyes intelligence alliance, cyber security and emerging technologies in international relations.
After graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Security Studies, I earned an MA in International Relations from Seoul National University, where I am currently pursuing a PhD. My dissertation examines the digital statecraft of middle powers in the Five Eyes, focusing on their comparative responses to the Huawei dilemma.
